The glossary is a list of words or phrases that Daisy will search for and flag during digs. You can use the glossary to identify banned, tricky, or case sensitive terms.

Banned terms

These are terms or phrases that you do not want to use in your knowledge base or app. Daisy will look for these terms during each dig and flag each instance that it finds.

Tricky terms

Tricky terms are words or phrases that are allowed in your knowledge base or app, but are often used in the wrong context. Daisy will look for these terms during each dig and flag each instance that it finds.

Case sensitivity

You can also flag case sensitive words. Daisy will look for these terms during each dig and flag each instance it finds that differs from the provided capitalization.

Once you have set up your glossary, each dig will report on how many glossary terms it found in the above categories. You can see this data in Digs > Dig results, or on each article page in the Knowledge base section.'

If you have Zendesk integrated with Daisy, you can automatically replace banned terms with their correct counterparts. Check out the help article to learn more.
